This PR:

  • Adds a new "Multichain API" tag to MetaMask-specific methods according to the Multichain API mapping.
  • Updates merge-openrpc.js to add the "Multichain API" tag to all methods imported and filtered from Ethereum's Execution API.
  • Simplifies the API description. The API reference landing page on the docs site now uses a Markdown index page as its source.
