Enumerable.TryGetNonEnumeratedCount is efficient API for getting
Countwhen dealing withIEnumerable<T>.IEnumerable<T>generated by LINQ can be more efficiently counted since this API can access dotnet's internal interfaceIIListProvider<T>'sGetCountmethod.
