This PR adds saturating versions of constructors that currently return
Nothingto signal overflow. These can be more convenient to use in code, especially when constructing intervals from literals. For examplefromSeconds 1returnsMaybe Interval, whereasfromSecondsSaturating 1returns justInterval.
