We depend on this PR first: #1547 (or the CI/CD will fail of course). Pr is merged.After which we can use this tool in this PR. Use the
--format=checkstyleflag to output a special checkstyle XML output. Which another tool like cs2pr can actually process and submit to GitHub for PR annotations. Cool huh.
