Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Filing this issue to be a constant reminder for us to keep the setup section up-to-date and useful for new developers.
In particular, I am looking for new developers to add more/edit content in the "Common setup questions".
- If you happen to face any difficulty when setting up, or if there are any confusing parts of the setting up process that you would like to highlight.
Side note: For any PRs targeting this issue, please avoid using the issue closing keyword such as "fixes xxx" to prevent closing this issue. (you can use this PR relates to issue xxx instead)
