Threaded functions encapsulated: OTRAudio_Thread, SaveManager::SaveFileThreaded, ResourceManager::LoadFileProcess and ResourceManager::LoadResourceProcess. Setup to catch std::exceptions specifically, as well as any potential non-std exceptions.

Build Artifacts

…try...catch blocks.

Change reference to custom repo of LUS with the other changes.
