Added proxy host and port to settings. (Same location as the Godot Editor)

This sets both the HTTP and HTTPS proxy settings for the HTTPClient. As far as I have seen, Godots only make HTTPS requests but this replicates the behavior of the Godot Editor. Note - This will not work with your proxy if it is not configured to work with HTTPS/TLS.
