Created a new provider for weather data that uses SMHI (Sveriges meteorologiska och hydrologiska institut) that provides weather data for Sweden (and a bit of the neigbouring countries).

• Uses SunCalc for sunset and sunrise since the api doesn't provide it.
• Only returns metric units. Shouldn't this conversion be made in the weather-module instead so each provider doesn't have to convert to all the possible units?
