Electron >= v30.x uses Node v20

[Electron v30](https://www.electronjs.org/blog/electron-30-0) use node v20

`Electron 30.0.0 has been released! It includes upgrades to Chromium 124.0.6367.49, V8 12.4, and Node.js 20.11.1.`

So I think it's better to use node >=20 for MM² 2.28.x and node v20/v22 for test suite?
