When I upgraded to version 0.7.10 (22740), I had this message showing up:

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Downgrade to a previous version
2. Set the primary language of the OS to French
3. Upgrade to version 0.7.10 (22740)
4. See the non localized dialog.
