Aims to resolve #2827. macos-installer and MinGW have been moved under the
pacakgingdirectory.For macOS, the
cmake_qt6_universalbranch has been used.For Windows repo the master branch has been updated to include changes to package using CMake (removing the Qt5 files).
This is blocked on #2807 and will need to rebased before being merged.
