Description

Move AUR build to internal Docker image.

Also, some cleanup on other dockerfiles.

Todo:

• Test build and artifacts stages
  • reduce artifact files in upload
  • test Sunshine builds
• add ability to update AUR repo from docker build on release events
  • in depth review
• move docker ci updates to .github repo
