Describe the Bug

When I connect to the desktop every text is blurred, shimmery
I have a screenshot of it in my Reddit post Sunshine on AMD 7900 cards
In game I have not noticed it as much but any overlay has the issue as well
Moonlight client doesn't seem to matter, TV and Windows has the same issue.
VNC connection is clear and crisp

Clear picture when it comes to text as well as in game
