Describe the Bug

When running the installer/uninstaller, I noticed what looked like errors that appear to be related to weirdness in my powershell profile.

Expected Behavior

it'd be preferable for the powershell scripts to run in "NoProfile" mode so my personal powershell profile can't impact installer behavior
