Win11 client no longer can bring up taskbar #1512

Describe the Bug
My host and client are both windows 11. The client is a laptop with touchpad. For the past 8 months I have no issue conjuring up the taskbar from autohide. Recently (the last week or two) I can't raise the taskbar from the client. Behavior is normal on the Host. Also on Android TV the cursor and taskbar behave as expected with an xbox controller but when a mouse is used I can only use a very small portion of the screen.
This is all been recent and I have never had this problem before. Win and all drivers are up to date. I haven't changed any settings in sunshine/moonlight in 6 months. I am using the current nightly build as of today (8/8/2023)
Expected Behavior
I would expect to have my client laptop be able to raise a autohidden taskbar and have access to the full screen with the mouse cursor on Android TV.
