Seems to be an issue with the SDK:

dyld: Library not loaded: @__VIA_LIBRARY_PATH__/libuno_sal.dylib.3 Referenced from: /Users/samuel/Downloads/LibreOffice5.3_SDK/bin/uno-skeletonmaker Reason: image not found
