Unable to compile idl files with SDK 24.2 or higher

Hi all,

I just noticed that it is impossible to compile idl files if you use LibreOffice SDK 24.2 or higher.

This is normal, the **idlc** file, which is used by LOEclipse for compilation, is no longer delivered from this version of the SDK.
The LOEclipse code will need to be modified to support the replacement tool: **unoidl-write**
