FED4 Poke (Nose-Poke) Functionality

The FED4 has three nose-pokes (left, center, right) detected by ESP32 capacitive touch pads (see FED4_Pins.h).

Counters: leftCount, centerCount, rightCount;
Hold duration: pokeDuration (ms).
