Add portable mode to Knet:

the idea would be that if there is a "KnetData" folder in the same path as the knet executable portable mode will be enabled what includes the following changes:

1. Add "(Portable Mode)" to application title
2. Knet data folder will now be "KnetData\data"
3. Knet library folder will now be "KnetData\library"

This would allow for easier portability.
