This reverts commit 9044d3d.

This likely fixes build errors seen in recent PRs. The "ansi" color feature has had an upstream bug which seems to currently affect this repo. Dropping color support, at least for a while should fix it.

I wanted to test this in my fork and not even PR yet, but the pipelines fail in a fork because of missing credentials for dockerhub. So this PR also serves "just to try".

Same credentials problem here, will keep open because it potentially works just needs to be triggered differently for a test.

Thanks. That indeed seems to make things move forward again.

Not sure if we should track that to eventually bring the colors back.
