  1. Implemented JavaShock#retrieveShocker and some other stuff 

    Added JavaShock#getCachedShocker and changed JavaShock#getShocker to return a RestAction or SimpleAction, depending if it gets fetched from the api or cache.
Created said SimpleAction to return a simple object from a supplier.
Created Shocker#fromJson
RestAction is no longer abstract.
Removed JsonUtil#parse as it is already implemented in RestAction.RestResponse#getAsJsonElement
Added some more documentation.
