Do any of the updates require changes in the usage side?
Should we use transparentWindowBackgroundHack in this PR?

They do, but not strictly necessary. The CI test run passes.
Last time, when I wanted to put both skiko version update and the associated changes in the upgrade PR, I believe I was told to separate them. |
