Includes:
init.py - Added icon to launch component
OpenKH.py - Adds timestamps and additional language to OpenKH mod package.
- Adds a block to turn the png icon and preview files into bytestreams,
and adds them to the OpenKH mod package.

data/ folder containing 3 images:
.ico, .png of the AP style KH2 icon, used in both OpenKH.py and init.py
preview.png, used in OpenKH.py

Notes:

• I believe that for init.py client icon to work, it needs to also be pr'd into the worlds/data folder
• The blocks to turn the png images to bytestreams are a little unweildy because generation can be
  done in many ways.
