Remove the need for the GITHUB_TOKEN variable #525
Description
It's now no longer necessary for GITHUB_TOKEN to be specified in a workflow as it's accessible to the action. This variable should be obsoleted, and ACCESS_TOKEN and SSH should be used only if specified.
