This PR adds missing TSBigIntKeyword to ast-node-types and tests for keywords

while running with errorOnUnknownASTType option type TSBigIntKeyword is undefined

bigint keyword was added in typescript 3.2

my PR to babel got merged today, and its going to be available in next release my babel/babel#9230
