Summary
On the 'official' ursa host (no longer TDS), the provided external package for
openmpi([email protected]) now has a different install path (different hash) from the TDS -- update to that external package's value forOPENMPI_ROOT.Also removed the reference to the system
tarcommand as an external package, given previous issues around using the system-supplied version.Testing
