Summary
The GPFS filesystem on Atlantis is back. This PR reverts the temporary modifications to the Atlantis site config and the
util/nrl/batch_install.shscript.Testing
Built and installed all environments with all supported compilers on Atlantis using
util/nrl/batch_install.sh.Skipped CI testing because none of the changes in this PR are tested in CI.
