Description

There are two bugs in the recently added logic for spack stack setup-meta-modules that, at least on lua/lmod systems, create bad entries for module paths in the stack- metamodules.

To Reproduce

Create meta modules with latest feature/update_to_spack_v1 code and inspect the compiler and mpi meta modules.

Expected behavior

No such bugs

System, compiler, code, ...

Any. However, I didn't have any problems on tcl/tk env module systems (and CI was ok, too), but on lua/lmod systems.
