This will not be in time for spack-stack v2, according to Intel the release is planned around Supercomputing 2025 (mid-November).

Other information

We want all NRL platforms to update to this release, it contains bug fixes for compiling with interprocedural optimizations, for building FMS, etc.

I would recommend other platforms to update to this release, too.
