In spack/spack#50804, the spack built-in repo was removed and replaced with the new, separate GitHub repository https://github.com/spack/spack-packages.

To facilitate the update to spack v1.0, we should pull in the last commit https://github.com/spack/spack/tree/3b34f964dac93047bbec0db3aa44a78152c75f94 before the repo separation first.
