Description

  1. Fix netcdf-c build for +mpi variant take 2. Works with intel-oneapi-compilers+intel-oneapi-mpi and gcc+openmpi. See Bug fixes for netcdf-c cmake build spack/spack-packages#2384 for details and background information.
  2. Add [email protected]. Currently pointing to the head of the patch/8.9.1 branch instead of the final tag. Todo update. No functional changes expected.

Testing

See JCSDA/spack-stack#1817
