Overall purpose was to improve the logging in the scripts. But the handling of macOS version and Installomator version in order to utilize swiftDialog has been improved, too.

Purpose was to improved logging. But also improved handling of macOS version and Installomator version in order to utilise swiftDialog was also implemented. A fix to some of the scripts for the logging part.
