Updated appNewVersion for the Microsoft Defender label as macadmins.software is currently not being updated.

Thank you. I agree that macadmins.software is too old, but is this document updated each time Microsoft release a new version, and would this be a great source in the future, too?

I've used this method in an autopkg recipe since February, so far it has been always given me the right version. If there is a better way, that would be great. But I haven't found one.
