This PR upgrades
numpyto 2.0.0+ so that model training (in AutoGluon) and evaluation (in automlbenchmark) both usenumpy>=2.0.0to avoid breaking API changes.It will unblock AutoGluon's current benchmark CI. I'll submit another PR to the main repo for the dependencies upgrade.
