So, I've seen an error trying to build ImageMagick inside a docker container for 'a while'. The error message has been:

libtool: error: unsupported hardcode properties See the libtool documentation for more information. Fatal configuration error.

Apparently adding:

  --disable-dependency-tracking 

to the configure command for ImageMagick avoids the issue. Result found from here.
