Description

@FROGGS

Expected Behavior

The comamd icingacli check vm should report a vm reboot only when that actually happened.

Current Behavior

Many (perhaps all?) aof our VMs, linux or windows, get reported as this:

Overall status is "green"
[WARNING] System booted 4m 18s ago
Though, the operating system didnt reboot. Its uptime is higher.

Possible Solution

No idea, sorry.
