With the ongoing effort of slimming down IDAES's required dependencies (IDAES/idaes-pse#705), we should make sure that all of the dependencies the examples require and are currently installed "implicitly" (through IDAES) are made "explicit" (i.e. specified directly in this repository's pyproject.toml).
