• fix(engine): Fix issues related to the elements made invisible with clip-path

This PR is related to the following issue(s):

• Fixes Bug on a scrollable element when it is made invisible with clip-path #2219

Testing reference:

• test case: test/v2/checker/accessibility/rules/aria_accessiblename_exists_ruleunit/element_hidden_by_clippath.html
  before the fix, there are 24 violations related to various rules
  after the fix, only a skip to main issue, rest of the violations not shown because the elements are hidden.
• also test with https://github3ydln83r-dmry--5173--d4eba4a9.local-credentialless.webcontainer.io/
