Brush size does not keep as the previous setting size.

**Describe the bug**
I think the brush size should be the same as the previous brush size I set in the previous image labeling session. But label-studio just  gives the same brush size for every session. Maybe this is a bug.

 - OS: ubuntu 22.04
 - Label Studio Version 1.31.1
