Split the 11 framework icons into two semantic rows (full-stack frameworks and standalone/runtime) for a cleaner layout. Increase inactive icon contrast from zinc-600 to zinc-400 and update the section description. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <[email protected]>
