Add evlog/elysia plugin with automatic wide-event logging for Elysia applications. Includes useLogger() via AsyncLocalStorage, drain/enrich/keep callbacks, route filtering, and full test suite (22 tests). Covers all 14 touchpoints: source, build, exports, tests, docs (installation + example page + landing), FeatureFrameworks component, AGENTS.md, example app with test UI, changeset, and PR scopes.
