6. Fix for Patches Failed To Apply For New DCS Build #901. It seems that the Mirage F1 developers have added a viewport for the RWR called "ALR300\ so this commit alters viewport for the F1 RWR. The unnecessary patch will be removed in a future commit.
7. Removal of ALR300 patch for the Mirage F1, and added patches for four C-130J overhead panel 7-seg displays.
8. Changes made to the interface and driver to support the fuel transfer amounts Fuel Qty Text Displays when Tank Select Switch Changed-- Added as reminder for future #913
9. Fix for The Control Center "Start at Login" preference does not work #927 which is the attempt to start the wrong program name at Windows login

15. Fix for problem with the Hercules compass moving in the wrong direction. The in-cockpit compass still seem s to be broken though.
16. Change graphics on C-130J ARC-210 radio and add brightness control
17. Extra bindings for the ARC-210 and some multiswitch reversals for toggles.\n\nFix for the clear screen issue on the A-10C II ARC-210. Users will need to re-add the radio to profiles in order for the new bindings to be created.
18. 4-way toggle and interaction logic for same added. Best used wiht ClickType.Swipe.
19. Reducing the precision in the interface for multiswitch functions to make them behave better. Also reduced precision on the Wipers.
20. Completing the touch interfaction fror the 4 way toggle switch.
21. Remove the Effects Disabled option for controls where is makes no sense to have them.
22. Fix to address the problem in Image Warnings with Animated Linear Potentiometers #885. Kineograph rendered has be changed to invoke new code to correctly interrogate and load existing images from assemblies or directories.
23. Mask added to M-2000C Backup ADI and tone of blue adjusted. This is to address the request made in Visual Tweaks Request for the M2000C backup ADI. #897
