Table row height/vertical padding initially broken in 12.11 #2249

Description

Installing version 12.11.0.7065 on Windows 10, it seems HeidiSQL has "lost" the vertical row padding at first. It results in a compressed list in most grid views when opening the application, and after changing the selection to another view and then returning, the rows get larger (back to how they looked pre-12.11).

12.4.0.6659: Normal behavior, first selection after launch:

12.11.0.7065: Note the image is cut at the same location in the sidebar, but the object list is compressed and shows ~1.5 additional rows:

Reproduction recipe

Tested on:
Windows 10 Pro (22H2) @ 3120x2080, 175% scaling
Windows 10 Pro (21H2) @ 1920x1080, 100% scaling

  • Open HeidiSQL 12.11.0.7065
  • Connect to a session
  • Expand a database
  • Select the first table in the sidebar
  • Observe the compressed row height (little or no vertical padding in table cells, appears to only be limited by the icon height)
  • Select another table (row height is fixed)
  • Select the first table again (padding/row height should be back to normal/no longer compressed)

This happens with almost all context views (listing database objects, table columns, etc).
