The "Prompt for credentials" option in the session manager shows a login prompt only once.

Describe the solution you'd like
When the connection timed out due to the expired "interactive_timeout" interval, it should prompt again.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using some command line tool like timeout heidisql on Linux, but that would not really count the inactive time.
