When loading a .sql file into a tab with the "Auto detect (may fail)" option set, trying to save it results in an access violation

Reproduction recipe
- Load the .sql file into the tab, selecting Encoding: "Auto detect (may fail)" from the drop-down list in the dialog box
- Save the contents of the tab to a file
