I downloaded and installed v12.9 to test it, but now I cannot connect to the postgresql db server, I get an error like below.

libpq-17.dll is selected now, libpq-16.dll is already missing, is it normal?
libpq-15.dll did not work. I noticed that only libpq-12.dll works.

DB server PSQL 16.6

VC Redistributable 2013 already installed.

I see that libpq-17.dll exists in C:\Program Files\HeidiSQL.

I have tried portable versions, both 32 bit and 64 bit with the same result.

What can I do Ansgar @ansgarbecker ?
