1. A way to select the default SQL formatter in preferences, with whatever the most popular / standard set by default.

Describe alternatives you've considered
If using keyboard shortcut (ctrl+f8) it formats without asking which formatter to use. If right click context / select from menu, it will ask which formatter you want to use. It would then store the selected formatter for the session and use it if the keyboard shortcut is used.
