The Quest Status screen handles its input quite differently from the other screens, so the application of the dpad recognition wasn't working (did it ever? I don't know, but I'd guess probably not). This changes to assign a value to pauseCtx's stick variables based on whether the dpad directions are pressed before input evaluations begin of enough magnitude to trigger input evaluations from the stick variables only.
