The
ENABLE_REMOTE_CONTROLdefine was always being set regardless ofBUILD_REMOTE_CONTROLbeing set or not for Windows targets.There was already a line conditionally including
ENABLE_REMOTE_CONTROLbut there was a second line that just hardcoded it thats not needed.This is a left over from the original crowd control implementation, which original was defaulting
BUILD_CROWD_CONTROLon if it was unset, which probably explains why this was never caught.Build Artifacts
