Removed .ccpak file, prices and descriptions are now in the .cs file. .cs file reflects what's used by the new CC 2.0 app.
Categories tweaked, which are used to determine what effects block each other. Having double damage and invincibility at the same time doesn't make much sense.
Credits to @Caladius for helping copy over the prices and descriptions from the old .ccpak file to the current .cs file.
